When to call us out

• A shutter or door is stuck open and your building isn't secure
• A door is stuck shut and you can't load or unload
• A door has been hit by a vehicle or forklift
• A door has come off its guides or tracks
• A motor or control fault has stopped the door working
• Electric gates won't open or close

What happens when you call

We'll ask what's happened and, where possible, ask for a photo by WhatsApp so the engineer knows what to expect. Our first job on site is to make the door safe and your premises secure. We then repair the fault, or explain what's needed and quote for the work.

Fault finding

Some faults are obvious. Others take experience to track down, such as intermittent control faults or a door that keeps reversing. With over 35 years in the industry, we know where to look.

We carry out this work across Southampton, Portsmouth, Ringwood, Lymington, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Salisbury and the rest of Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex, and can travel further for larger projects.
