Why choose a sectional door?

Sectional overhead doors are made from insulated panels that lift vertically and run back under the roof on tracks. They suit buildings where heat retention, appearance and a good seal matter, and they can be fitted with vision panels or a pedestrian door.

Installation

We install sectional doors on new-build units and as replacements for older doors. That includes large terraces of new industrial units, where every opening needs to be fitted, commissioned and handed over on programme.

Servicing and repairs

  • Spring adjustment and replacement
  • Cable, drum and roller replacement
  • Panel and hinge repairs after impact damage
  • Track alignment
  • Operator, control and safety device faults
  • Seal replacement to stop draughts and water getting in

Sectional doors carry a lot of stored energy in their springs, so repairs should always be carried out by a trained engineer.

Areas we cover

We carry out this work across Southampton, Portsmouth, Ringwood, Lymington, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Salisbury and the rest of Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex, and can travel further for larger projects.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can a damaged sectional door panel be replaced on its own?

Often, yes. If only one or two panels are damaged we can usually replace those panels rather than the whole door, depending on the make and model.

Do you fit sectional doors on new-build industrial units?

Yes. We install doors on new developments as well as replacing doors on existing buildings.
